For India: All domestic orders will be shipped in 7 Working Days without Pooja Rituals. Weekends and Public Holidays will not be counted. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, there may be an expected delay. For Other Countries: All international orders will be shipped in 14 Working Days without Pooja Rituals. Weekends and Public Holidays will not be counted. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, there may be an expected delay. In rare cases, there may be a delay in shipping due to Customs. In this scenario Customer will be informed and Customer is requested to have patience until legal customs matter is resolved. In such cases timeframe of Shipping Policy mentioned will not be applicable.

For Other Countries: All international orders will be shipped in 30 Working Days with 15 days of Personalized Pooja Rituals as per Customer’s chart. Weekends and Public Holidays will not be counted. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, there may be an expected delay. In rare cases, there may be a delay in shipping due to Customs. In this scenario Customer will be informed and Customer is requested to have patience until legal customs matter is resolved. Purchases that Customer makes are shipped from Ahmedabad or Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Hence, Customer should allow the mentioned number of days from the receipt of order.
For India: The shipping will be free.
For Other Countries: Customer will have to bear the shipping charges as per the current applicable charges at the time order is placed. Shipping charges may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume and other considerations. Customer will have to pay the shipping charges with the help of a different payment link that will be provided on Customer’s registered email address. Customer will receive the payment link only after the successful payment of the product.
Note: If Customer is not available to receive delivery, then customer can suggest an alternative i.e., family member, neighbour or friend etc. to collect their package. However, SECRETS OF PLANETS takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
SECRETS OF PLANETS is not responsible for any damage after delivery. Customer should take a video of unpacking the parcel and send it to us on support@secretsofplanets.com in case Customer wants to send complaint for damaged product. Without video, no claim of damage will be entertained at any cost. For any other complaints regarding an order, Customer may contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
